Because every Endless PC is a custom-built system tailored to specific component configurations, our return process follows strict guidelines in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind Returns
- Because we source and allocate specific, high-value computer hardware immediately upon receiving your payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for a simple change of mind once assembly or parts procurement has begun.
- Please review your build configuration carefully before finalized checkouts.
2. Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order before parts sourcing has commenced, please contact us immediately at contact@endlesspcs.com.au
- Approved pre-assembly cancellations may incur a restocking or administration fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees charged by payment gateways (Stripe/Zip).
3. Faulty Items & Consumer Guarantees
- If your system experiences a hardware failure, please refer directly to our Warranty & Faults Policy page.
- If a component is deemed majorly defective under Australian Consumer Law, you are fully entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as determined by consumer regulations.
